Yes. For projects over £3,000 we typically split payments into thirds: one-third upfront, one-third at mid-project review, and one-third on completion.
HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?
Starter projects typically take 3–4 weeks. Growth projects run 6–10 weeks. Enterprise timelines are agreed at the discovery stage based on scope.
WHO OWNS THE CODE?
You do — 100%. On project completion, all source code, assets, and IP transfer to you. We can also provide full documentation and handover training.
DO YOU OFFER ONGOING SUPPORT?
Yes. All projects include a post-launch support period (1–3 months depending on tier). After that, we offer monthly retainer packages starting from £500/month.
CAN YOU WORK WITH AN EXISTING CODEBASE?
Absolutely. We regularly take over and extend existing projects. We'll start with a code audit to understand the current state before scoping any work.
