Upon full payment of all project invoices, all custom code, designs, and assets created for a client project transfer to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Joining our waitlist does not constitute a contract or guarantee of services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any project enquiry at our sole discretion. All project engagements are subject to a separate written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaasCode UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
